DJ RABIOLA - is a contemporary artist known for blending the exaggerated forms of caricature with the dreamlike distortions of surrealism forming his specialty style: "Caricature Surrealism".
His art work explores the boundaries between the familiar, absurd, twisted, playful, provocative, naughty and unhinged.
DJ turns reality into fantastical, often humorous and sometimes haunting visual narratives. Each piece challenges perception while celebrating imperfections, turning exaggerated forms into exaggerated truths and transforming the surreal into something oddly intimate.
DJ Rabiola's portfolio spans from Gallery shows all over the west coast (Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland) as well as the east coast... and private commissions.
Inspired by Rock N Roll, Tattoos and Kustom Kulture, DJ Rabiola is also a master at creating numerous T-shirt designs for clothing lines such as PinkyStar and Cartel Ink.
